This virtual event creates a safe, empowering space to name those challenges, release the stigma, and embrace healthier ways of living and leading.

During this supportive safe space, we’ll explore five unspoken struggles that statistically impact women’s wellness:

  • Stigma and Fear of Judgment – breaking silence around our inner struggles

  • Lack of Awareness or Knowledge – not knowing where to turn for help

  • Normalization of Stress – treating constant stress as “normal”

  • Internalized Pressure to Be Perfect – releasing unrealistic expectations
