The Pathways to Success Leadership Conference is returning to Central Illinois through a dynamic partnership between the Central Illinois Chapter of NAWBO and Women in Leadership of Central Illinois. This impactful event in Peoria and surrounding communities aims to empower and educate women in business and leadership. This year’s theme, “Lead, Thrive, Balance,” is designed to inspire growth, impact, and confidence in women at every stage of their professional journey.
